It is intended to reduce the noise level in the car cabin, to improve the acoustic environment in it, by pasting the car doors, trunks, bottom surfaces.
Artificial felt is glued on a bituminous sole, which gives this material stability. One side is covered with well-adhering glue - gluing works faster.
